CREMA research presented at the IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing 2016
Research conducted within CREMA has led to the acceptance of a paper to be presented at the 9th IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing in June 2016. In their paper "Elastic Stream Processing for the Internet of Things", the authors from TU Wien propose a model to process streaming data, like sensor information from cyber-physical production systems, in a cost-efficient manner. This research results emerged from the research and implementation work for the CREMA On-Demand Service Leasing and Releasing component. The results will be further discussed during the conference to optimize the resource allocation for the CREMA project.
