The Machine Maintenance Use Case is concerned with the Predictive Maintenance Monitoring in a machine clutch-brake mechanism. The performance of the clutching machine and its process´ lines are monitored for analysing potential business problems.

GOIZPER is the leading clutch-brake manufacturer in Spain, specialising in engineering, designing, manufacturing and supplying power transmission components for different types of applications.

CREManufacture enables the clutches they provide to be monitored in real-time for condition based events. The CREManufacture Dashboard monitors smart alarms defined by engineering staff and performs analysis to calculate clutch-brake related KPIs.

When a critical KPI threshold is met, events are triggered to alert engineering staff to start corrective actions. Issues relating to clutch slippage, braking angle or lubrication overheating can be identified immediately, enabling resolution of the problem to be carried out rapidly. This enables customers of GOIZPER to reduce machine downtime, and maximise machine performance.
